We took the exact rambling café-owner story from our own home page — "two cafés, the bookings are a nightmare, the girls are on the phone all day" — talked it through with Rob, and let the factory build it. Customers book with no account, no phone call; a confirmation text goes out; staff see one shared live schedule across both cafés; and a second booking for a taken slot is refused server-side — the exact problem the owner came in with, solved.

Chicken Invaders — it's cracking good
Our founder acceptance test — full production checkout, no internal bypasses: our own founder signed up under a fake name, paid full price with his own card, and audited every step like the toughest customer we'll ever have. A barking dog defends the yard from egg-shaped invaders. He asked for changes. We made them. That's the whole promise, tested on ourselves first.
