It's live.
Now keep it that way.
Hosting, monitoring, backups, patching and steady improvement for software that is already running — whether we built it, we fixed it, or someone else did. Monthly, cancel any time, and you own your code, your accounts and your customers throughout.

Where Run usually starts
Most people arrive here at one of four moments.
We just built it
The build is finished and handed over. Someone still has to watch it, patch it and back it up on the Tuesday morning it stops responding.
We just fixed it
A repair closed the findings. Run is what stops the same class of problem quietly coming back six weeks later.
Someone else built it
It works, more or less, but nobody is looking after it — and the people who made it have moved on.
There's no technical person
The business depends on it and the person who understands it is you, at 11pm, reading an error message.
We run our own businesses on this
Not a capability we are describing — the thing we do every day for companies we own.
Launchr-owned businessAccess Locksmiths
A live locksmith business in Townsville: bookings, phone reception, a public site and an emergency line that has to answer at 2am. Run keeps it up.
Launchr-owned productGiday
Virtual reception answering real customer calls. Monitoring, uptime and incident response are not theoretical when the product is a phone that must ring.
What that means for youThe same machinery
The monitoring, backups, patching and escalation your plan buys are the ones we already trust with our own revenue.
What Run actually covers
Two different jobs. We keep them separate so you can see what you are paying for.
Keeping it safe and up
Hosting and uptime monitoring. Backups and recovery. SSL and DNS upkeep. Security patching and vulnerability scanning. Alerts when something breaks, and a human in the loop when it matters.
Keeping it moving
Small changes each month so the product keeps up with the business. Performance and SEO review. A monthly report on what was watched, what changed and what was prevented. Strategy input at the top tiers.
Technical care is included in every plan. Growth work — content, promotion, strategy — only appears in the tiers that say so, and never gets bundled in silently to pad a plan.
The plans
Read this before the prices. Run is not self-serve yet — there is no
checkout below, and nothing here bills automatically. We are onboarding by conversation while
the billing side is finished, and the tiers are currently running as
free pilots. The
prices below are what these tiers will cost, published now so you can plan.
You will not be
charged anything until you have agreed it with a person.

Run it for me
Your customers pay into your own Stripe account — we never hold your money. If you ever ask us to collect your money through our Stripe and pay it out to you monthly, that account-management service costs 3% — not the 20% a marketplace would take. It is optional, almost nobody uses it, and it is a fee for doing the admin, not a share of your revenue. We never take a cut of what your business earns. You own your app, your accounts and your code, always.
How taking it over works
- Tell us what's live Send the link, the repo or just the login. If we built or fixed it, we already have what we need.
- Health check first For software we haven't touched before, we look before we promise. You get the findings either way.
- Baseline and ownership confirmed We write down what exists, who owns which account, and what "working" means for your app specifically.
- Monitoring, backups and access installed The plumbing that makes the rest possible — set up in your accounts, not ours.
- Response expectations agreed What counts as an incident, who gets told, and how fast — written down before you need it.
- Monthly evidence A report showing what was watched, what changed, what was prevented or repaired, and what's next.
Leaving is part of the deal
A managed service that holds your infrastructure hostage isn't a service, it's a hostage situation.
Your accounts, your names
Hosting, domain, database and payment accounts are yours and stay in your name. We work inside them.
Cancel any time
Monthly. No exit fee, no notice period designed to trap another month out of you.
We hand over properly
If you leave, you get the code, the credentials and a written handover — not a shrug and a zip file.
